Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all business relationships, projects, services, and digital solutions provided by PSV Global IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (“PSV Global”, “we”, “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all project-related information, content, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all content provided is accurate, licensed, and free from intellectual property violations.
• Identify a single point of contact for smooth communication.
• Review deliverables and share feedback within the agreed review period.

Payments & Billing

Invoices must be paid as per the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

• 50% advance payment may be required to initiate work.
• Remaining payments must be completed before final delivery or deployment.
• Delayed payments may pause ongoing work.
• GST or applicable government taxes will be charged as per law.

Intellectual Property

PSV Global retains ownership of all source code, designs, documentation, and digital assets created during the project until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the Client.
• PSV Global may showcase completed work in portfolios unless restricted in writing.
• Open-source licensing terms must be followed for any third-party components used.

Software License

Unless stated otherwise, PSV Global grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered software/website for legitimate business activities. Clients may not:

• Resell or redistribute the product.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
• Use the software for unlawful activities or harmful digital operations.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, code, business data, credentials, agreements, and communication exchanged during the project. This obligation continues even after the termination of the project.

Third-Party Services

PSV Global may integrate third-party systems such as cloud hosting, APIs, payment gateways, libraries, or software tools. PSV Global is not liable for:

• Downtime or failures of external providers
• Changes made by third-party vendors
• Security issues originating from third-party systems

Warranties & Support

PSV Global provides a limited warranty on delivered work for a specified duration (mentioned in the project proposal). Warranty covers bug fixes and corrections, but does not include:

• New features or enhancements
• Issues caused by Client’s third-party changes
• Server, domain, or hosting errors

Limitation of Liability

PSV Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

Termination

PSV Global reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Client breaches these Terms
• Payments are not completed
• Client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities

Upon termination, access to deliverables may be revoked until dues are cleared.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to Terms

PSV Global may update these Terms anytime. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately.
